We participate with a number of insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company prior to arrival to see if we participate with your insurance plan. For participating insurances, co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance amounts are due at the time of service. For non-participating insurance and self pay patients, payment is due in full at the time of service. We will submit both participating and non-participating insurance claims for you.
If you have a question about a bill that you received from SW Florida Women’s Group please call 239-254-0092 and one of our financial advocates will be happy to assist you. The Billing office is open Monday thru Thursday from 9am to 4pm.
